with Space available in the guide aircraft for Non Pilots
We have 2 Escorted group trips planned for 2027. Pricing for these are based on 4 Aircraft with a couple (2 occupants) per aircraft and 1 guide aircraft. Similarly, accommodation is booked for each couple sharing (twin single/double - per your request).
While we do our best to fill up the group trips with the requisite number of aircraft, client availability does not always coincide with the planned dates, therefore in the event that there are less than 3 aircraft on a group trip, we reserve the right to cancel that trip and offer an alternative solution. This will, however, be communicated well in advance in order for you to make an alternate decision.
To secure the accommodation, we have made provisional bookings for the trips, which must be confirmed with a 35% deposit. Lodges only hold provisional bookings for short periods; therefore, time is of the essence in making a decision.
